On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of Israel as a country, PLATFORMA VIDEO8 presents a tribute to the contemporary cinema of this country, in collaboration with the Embassy of Israel in Athens.
The Eye on Israel tribute includes screenings of significant contemporary films as well as other parallel cultural events and actions. The aim of the tribute is to present to the Greek audience, the contemporary cinema of a country, which is geographically close to Greece and through intercultural dialogue to explore the identity of contemporary Israel as developed in the 60 years from its establishment.
